1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use the contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, company name, country, the service you are interested in, an indicative budget and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically records technical information such as your IP address, approximate country, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This information is used for security, performance and to keep the Website running reliably.
When you submit the contact form we also record your IP address and approximate country alongside your message, to help us detect spam and abuse.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss the services or products you are interested in.
- To prepare proposals, estimates and agreements you have requested.
- To operate, secure and improve the Website.
- To detect, prevent and investigate spam, fraud or misuse.
- To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Legal basis
We process personal information in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), and, where applicable to visitors from other countries, on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and running our business, or the performance of a contract with you.
4. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the Website, and only to the extent needed:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery and security for the Website.
- Web3Forms — delivery of contact-form submissions to our email inbox.
- Microsoft 365 — our business email service, where your enquiry is received and stored.
- Google Fonts — the Website loads typefaces from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may process information on servers outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. We rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards and contractual protections for such transfers.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not set tracking cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies that are required for security and performance (for example, to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic). The Website may store small preferences in your browser's local storage to improve your experience; these never leave your device.
7. Data retention
We keep contact-form enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of our relationship plus the period required by applicable law and accounting rules. Server logs held by our hosting provider are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
8. Security
The Website is served over HTTPS with modern security headers. Access to enquiries is limited to authorised personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
10. Children
The Website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
The Website links to third-party sites and app stores, including Google Play and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced on this page.
